Business Organizations course

Intensive Classes

This course sets out the different vehicles for operating a business in Canada. The course takes an in-depth approach to learning about the various business organizations. In addition to learning about the different business structures, we will also be covering corporate changes, share structures, and remedies. The instructor holds a master laws degree in business law from the University of Toronto and is also a business law major from the same university. He currently sits and has previously sat on various boards of directors for both private companies and publicly listed companies under the CBCA, OBCA, and BCBCA.

The class includes:

  • A total of 10 hours of live sessions – Guided by the latest NCA syllabus

  • Students have the opportunity to engage and ask questions during the class

  • Course slides to help you follow along in class

  • Google Classroom - Interactive space to communicate with your teacher and other students

  • Going through a live case study and application of the concepts you have learned in class

Exam Workshop

We concentrate solely on solving exam questions in the exam workshop. In order to attend this workshop, students must have completed their studies or taken our intensive classes.

This class includes:

  • 3 hour live session

  • Past NCA sample exam papers – Going through past exam questions and assisting you as to how to answer them

  • Opportunity to submit a written answer to an assigned question and have your instructor grade it and offer you feedback

  • Students may have the opportunity to work in small groups on an assigned task under the instructor’s guidance
