Remedial Plans by NCA Tutor™

Final Chance

In accordance with NCA policy 17.1.1, candidates are permitted to attempt a single subject a maximum of three times. If a candidate fails to successfully complete the assigned subject, rule 17.2 provides that a candidate may attempt their exam a 4th and final time provided they meet several conditions set out in the policy including obtaining a remedial plan from a tutor or institution. The plan must be approved by the Executive Director before the candidate is permitted to write the exam for the final time.

For years, NCA Tutor has worked with candidates requiring remedial plans. Every plan submitted by NCA Tutor has been approved by the Executive Director of the NCA. Our plans include private one-on-one instruction with qualified Canadian lawyers. They are designed to provide you the tools and confidence to succeed on the exam.

The National Committee on Accreditation has recently updated it’s policy on remediation plans. Now, students only need to confirm that they understand that this will be their final attempt at the exam with no further attempts offered. Once has student goes through the formality their 4th attempt will be approved. This means they no longer need to seek outside assistance. However, based on past experience, you should absolutely seek out the help of a professional who can assess your answers and give you honest objective advice about your prospects of passing the exam.

If you need assistance with your 4th attempt, fill out our registration form below.
