For the past three years, Aparna's practice has focused in the field of Real Estate and Refugee and Immigration Law. Prior to being called to the Bar in Canada, Aparna was an Intellectual Property Lawyer in Mumbai, India with a combined legal experience of greater than 10 years.

Aparna was recently empaneled as a Legal Aid Lawyer in Ontario for Refugee matters and regularly appear before the Refugee Protection Division.
