Liran Kandin is a distinguished legal professional, passionate educator, and the founder of NCA Tutor™, Canada’s leading training and mentorship platform for internationally educated lawyers.
Liran has personally guided over 3,600 aspiring lawyers from 74 countries through the licensing process. His success lies in a holistic teaching philosophy that focuses on mentorship, not just memorization, equipping students with the strategic approach needed to succeed.
Liran’s unique expertise is built on a decade-long, multi-jurisdictional career. He is called to the bar in New York (2013) and Ontario (2014), with prior experience in corporate law. His strategic business insights come from his background as a former C-level executive and a tech enthusiast with experience at industry leaders like IBM and Salesforce.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester, and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from U of T's co-op program.
