These Family Law Canada notes are summarized according to the revised January 2025 NCA syllabus and include the case and chapter summaries listed in the syllabus. There is a new edition of the Payne textbook while our notes are based off a previous edition of Payne. The headings and material organization of our notes have been slightly varied from the NCA syllabus in order to improve organization and ease learning.

You will receive a set of electronic notes in PDF format only.  This file is not editable.  The notes are approximately 250 pages in length.  The notes includes a detailed table of contents.

In addition to our family law notes there are short questions and answers. The questions are integrated along the topics and the answers are located at the end of the notes. Notes have several security features programmed inside so as to prevent sharing and trace the materials back to the original purchaser.
