Tiffany Sillanpää

Tiffany Sillanpää is a dual-qualified lawyer in Ontario and New York and a strategic leader with a diverse international background in law. As a practicing litigator specializing in construction, commercial, and insurance law at a global law firm, she brings a wealth of hands-on legal experience to her role as Director of Strategic and International Relations at NCA Tutor™.

A proud Canadian by birth, Tiffany's journey began with an M.A. in Political Science before she moved to the United Kingdom in 2016. There, she worked in corporate risk and earned her LL.B. from The City Law School (City, University of London). Upon returning to North America, she pursued her LL.M. in Corporations Law at the prestigious New York University School of Law, graduating in 2020.

Tiffany successfully completed her NCA exams and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Demonstrating her commitment to a multi-jurisdictional practice, she was also admitted to the New York State Bar in 2021. Her deep understanding of the Canadian qualification process for internationally trained lawyers is the driving force behind her work with NCA Tutor and her personal blog, “The Transition.” Through her writing, she provides invaluable insights to students from the UK and the US who are navigating the Canadian legal landscape.
