Liran Kandin
Liran Kandin is a highly respected legal professional and a passionate educator dedicated to helping internationally trained lawyers succeed in Canada. As the founder and CEO of NCA Tutor™, he has personally guided over 3,600 aspiring lawyers from 73 different countries on their path to becoming licensed practitioners.
Liran's unique expertise is built on a diverse and distinguished career. He was called to the bar in New York in 2013, where he practiced corporate law, and later to the Ontario bar in 2014. Driven by a passion for international law, he pursued a Master of Laws degree on a full scholarship from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. His academic foundation is further solidified by an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto's prestigious co-op program and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manchester.
Beyond his legal practice, Liran is an accomplished public speaker, a former C-level executive, and a tech enthusiast with a background at industry leaders like IBM and Salesforce. This unique blend of academic, legal, and business experience allows him to provide students with a holistic and strategic approach to exam preparation.
